An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly regarded mid-tier civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The Role

Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major civil infrastructure projects, managing the project from planning and mobilisation through to completion.

- Overall leadership and management of projects valued up to $60M
- Managing project budgets, commercial performance, programme and resources
- Leading Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors and site-based teams
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and key stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining project programmes and delivery strategies
- Managing client relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Identifying and managing commercial, construction and project risks
- Driving safety, quality and environmental outcomes across the project
- Managing variations, progress claims, forecasting and project reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards





You will be an experienced Civil Project Manager OR SPE with a strong background delivering infrastructure projects in Queensland.

Ideally, you will have

- Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects, ideally $20M-$60M+
- Robust experience working on TMR and/or Local Government projects
- A recognised Civil Engineering qualification
- RPEQ qualification
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Proven leadership capability with project delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong understanding of Queensland civil construction practices, standards and specifications
- A track record of delivering projects safely, commercially and successfully
