About You

n

As Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing safe, evidence-based, person-centred nursing care to patients/clients. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, while working collaboratively with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and identify patient care needs.
n
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
n
- Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.
n
- Monitor, document and communicate changes in patients' conditions.
n
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
n
- Provide education, information and support to patients and their families/carers.
n
- Recognise and respond appropriately to clinical deterioration and emergencies.
n

What You Bring

- AHPRA Registration
n
- Working With Children Check
n




- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
n
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
n
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
n
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
