Job Description

Agostino Group is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager for the Stirling Subway restaurant. You will lead and develop a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive daily operations in line with brand standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee service quality, team recruitment and training, health and safety compliance, stock control, and administration, while modelling leadership and a robust guest-first approach.
