Field Operations Rigger | Telecommunications Infrastructure

Are you an experienced Telecommunications Rigger who enjoys working in the field and being hands-on with critical network infrastructure? We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Rigger to support the installation, maintenance, upgrade, and repair of telecommunications sites across fixed and mobile networks.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Installation, rigging, maintenance, and upgrade of telecommunications infrastructure
n
- Tower climbing and work-at-heights activities
n
- Maintenance of antennas, feeders, cabling, earthing, grounding, and power systems
n
- Support network optimization and site upgrade projects
n
- Preventative and corrective maintenance on telecom sites and associated infrastructure
n
- Generator installation, operation, monitoring, and backup power management
n
- Fault-finding, troubleshooting, and emergency site restoration activities
n
- Accurate completion of site documentation, maintenance reports, and fault reports
n




- Spare parts and inventory management
n
- Adherence to safety regulations, maintenance windows, and quality standards
n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in telecommunications rigging and tower climbing
n
- Robust knowledge of mobile and fixed telecommunications infrastructure
n
- Experience with generators, rectifiers, batteries, and power systems
n
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Understanding of WHS requirements, electrical safety, and working-at-heights procedures
n
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
n

Required Certifications:

- Telecommunications Rigging Certification (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)
n
- Working at Heights Certification
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Valid Driver's Licence
