The Role

You'll own net-new enterprise growth across ANZ, targeting large, complex organisations and building relationships with senior HR, People & Culture, and C-suite executives.

This is a true enterprise hunter role for someone who knows how to create pipeline, displace incumbent vendors, navigate multiple stakeholders, and close complex SaaS deals.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Generate pipeline through proactive outbound and targeted prospecting
- Engage CHROs, CPOs, HR leaders and senior executives
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Develop compelling business cases and value-led proposals
- Own forecasting,

You’ll Bring

- Experience across HRTech, HCM, Employee Experience, Engagement or Talent Technology
- Existing relationships with senior HR and People leaders
- Strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales
- Proven hunter mentality and new-logo success
- Experience selling complex solutions into large organisations
- Solid C-suite and executive-level selling capability
- Consistent history of achieving or exceeding quota
- Ability to navigate long, competitive enterprise sales cycles
