Flowerdale Estate in the Yarra Valley is seeking an experienced general manager to lead a multi-revenue hospitality business across weddings, dining, accommodation and conferences. This is a hands-on, owner-operator style role with full autonomy and on-site accommodation.

You will own the P&L;, develop the leadership team, control stock and costs, and drive guest experience across events and stays. Sponsorship is not available; relocation to the 106-acre estate is required or in office
