About You

- QBCC Supervisor Licence (required)
- 3+ years’ experience in residential site supervision preferred
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple builds and stakeholders effectively

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee multiple residential construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure all builds meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and maintain WHS compliance




- Liaise with clients and provide updates throughout the build
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the build process
