Aurora Expeditions is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our customer lifecycle strategy across direct consumers and travel advisor partners. You’ll own the end-to-end journeys that drive bookings, loyalty and lifetime value.
You’ll design, build and optimise campaigns and automated journeys inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud, turning customer data into measurable commercial outcomes while collaborating with Sales, Reservations, Digital and Product teams worldwide.
