CMI Hino’s Parts team seeks a friendly and approachable Parts Interpreter to support customers and process orders of Hino parts and accessories

Your new role
In your new role as Parts Interpreter at CMI Hino, you’ll be responsible for:

Providing exceptional, knowledgeable advice and service to customers
Using the parts catalogue to accurately identify and interpret parts
Processing customer orders using the electronic order system
Assisting with inventory management to ensure parts are available when needed
Supporting with general ad-hoc warehouse tasks

About you
To ensure your success in this role, you’ll demonstrate:

Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components




Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team
An aptitude for learning about new products, policies and processes
Good computer skills, with an ability to learn and use new systems quickly
Possession of a current driver’s licence (essential)
