Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is seeking a People Partner to write scripts for difficult conversations, own investigations end to end, lock in performance catch-ups, and coach venue and operations leaders on employee relations.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will support venue teams across ER matters, Fair Work obligations, and relevant legislation, with a focus on practical outcomes and staff wellbeing at our Hawthorn offices.
