Accent Group is seeking a CRM Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team, supporting Hype DC, Platypus Shoes and SUBTYPE. This hands-on role focuses on delivering CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS and automated journeys.

You will build customer segments in our CDP, plan weekly campaigns, optimise lifecycle journeys, analyse performance and drive improvements with A/B testing. Solid analytics and collaboration across teams are essential.
