Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for the opportunity to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to join a high-quality residential project on Sydney's Northern Beaches, working on a high-end renovation.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong carpentry background who has already had some exposure to coordinating trades, managing subcontractors or assisting with site supervision and is now ready to step up into a more senior role.

The Role

n

- Remain hands-on and continue working on the tools
n
- Assist with the day-to-day running of a high-end residential renovation
n
- Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors on site
n
- Help keep works running to programme and schedule
n
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship across the project
n
- Liaise with the builder and project team
n
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive site
n

About You

- Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong residential construction experience
n
- Experience working on high-end residential projects or renovations
n
- Some exposure to coordinating and managing trades
n
- Looking to take the next step towards a Site Foreman position
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Able to lead by example while remaining hands-on
n
