TAFE NSW is seeking a leader in human-centred design to drive initiatives across the course development lifecycle, embedding co-design and prototyping across teams. You will lead HCD methodologies, translating insights into scalable improvements that enhance learner outcomes and course quality.

You will coach cross-functional teams, advocate for user-driven decision making, and report on the impact of HCD through explicit, evidence-based recommendations while aligning with TAFE NSW values.
