We are currently seeking Casual Community Support Workers to support our Out of Hospital Care clients to live safely and independently at home.

n

The work is across Sydney's Inner West, Inner City and Canterbury-Bankstown communities.

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent is a MUST.
n
- Experience in either aged care, disability, community is ideal.
n
- Strong communication and observational skills
n
- Patience, reliability, and a gentle approach to care
n
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
n
- Highly desirable if you speak an additional language in addition to English either Italian, Mandarin, Cantonese,, Greek and Arabic.
n

Role responsibilities:

n

n




- Support Out of Hospital Care clients to live well at home by providing personal care with dignity, including assistance with showering, grooming and dressing.
n
- You'll also help with domestic tasks, meal preparation and offer companionship that truly makes a difference.
n

n

Mandatory Requirements:

n

n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Police Check
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- TB Screening, DTPA, Hepatitis B, MMR and Varicella vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
n
- Full Australian Work Rights
n
