Job Description

WesTrac Cat in Kalgoorlie, WA, is seeking a Site Administrator to support day-to-day operations at the KCGM site, providing comprehensive administrative support to site-based teams and coordinating workforce administration and onboarding.

n

The role handles records, rostering, timesheets, payroll preparation, audits for safety and compliance, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality service while upholding WesTrac policies. Residential Mon-Fri, 9.5 hours per day.
