We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Front of House Staff to join our team at our New Mexican-inspired restaurant at The Monty in Anglesea.

We're building a team of genuine, energetic people who love hospitality at our popular current venue!

About The Venue

Nina is a fresh Cali-Mex cantina serving vibrant food, great drinks, and good times from lunch through late-night margaritas. Nina is opening Thursday to Sunday.

The Monty is a recently opened boutique accommodation with Palm Springs style. We're passionate about creating a welcoming and accessible space where locals, holidaymakers, families, and friends can all feel at home.

About The Role

As part of our Front of House team, you'll be the face of Nina. Whether you're welcoming guests,



delivering food and drinks, mixing the perfect margarita, or helping create an atmosphere people want to come back to, you'll play an important role in shaping every service., * Delivering warm, genuine service from start to finish

- Taking food and beverage orders with confidence
- Serving cocktails, beer, wine, and our Cali-Mex menu
- Creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere, and help bring Nina's vibrant personality to life
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team
- Keeping the venue clean, organised, and service-ready

About The Candidate

Previous hospitality experience is ideal, but enthusiasm and the right attitude matter just as much. We use OpenTable and Square POS so familiarity with the software is a bonus!
