The Coordinator – Building and Asset Maintenance plays a pivotal role in overseeing a large portion of the maintenance and upkeeping of buildings, facilities, and assets within the City of Mount Gambier. The core function of this role are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Building and Asset Maintenance Team, Council’s Cleaners, and also for arranging and supervising a range of specialist contractors. The Coordinator – Building and Asset Maintenance will also oversee the provision of a rapid response service to attend urgent minor maintenance issues.
