Local Health Services Australia is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist NDIS participants in Merrylands, NSW. You will provide companionship, support daily personal activities, and help participants participate in the community with dignity and choice.

Responsibilities include daily tasks such as cleaning, cooking, personal care, and transport support, in a adaptable, friendly team setting, with fortnightly pay and hourly rates. A relevant certificate and checks are required.
