What You'll Be Doing

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Proserpine branch
n
- Driving safety, compliance and service performance
n
- Managing and developing a team across operations and freight handling
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
n
- Managing branch budgets, costs and operational performance
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business
n
- Supporting business development and strengthening local customer relationships
n
- Ensuring the branch continues to deliver outstanding service to the local community

What You'll Need

n

- Previous leadership experience in transport, logistics or operations management
n




- Strong understanding of transport operations and compliance requirements
n
- Experience managing people, performance and customer relationships
n
- Financial and commercial understanding, including budgets and cost control
n
- Forklift Licence
n
- HR Licence or willingness to obtain one
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to lead from the front and foster a positive team culture
