CS Retaining Walls manufactures and supplies concrete sleepers and retaining wall products. We're looking for an organised, creative Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Executive with day-to-day marketing activities.

n

This part‐time position offers three days of work per week and would suit someone starting their marketing career or looking to put their creative skills to work in a practical business environment.

n

Working closely with our Marketing Executive, you'll help bring marketing plans to life through design, content, coordination and general support. Your responsibilities will include:

n

Helping design branded materials, including flyers, banners, posters, letterheads and templates.

n

Keeping branding consistent across marketing materials, displays and other areas of the business.

n

Assisting with showroom presentation, signage and promotional displays.

n

Organising and ordering branded merchandise, uniforms, brochures and promotional items.

n

Coordinating printing and signage orders with suppliers.

n





Keeping marketing files, photography and artwork organised and easy to find.

n

Helping create social media content, schedule approved posts and make basic website updates.

n

Supporting the preparation and rollout of campaigns and promotions.

n

Providing general marketing administration and support.

n

You don't need years of marketing experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone who:

n

Has a creative eye and pays attention to detail.

n

Is comfortable using Canva to create attractive, professional materials.

n

Is organised and able to keep track of tasks and deadlines.

n

Communicates clearly and enjoys working with others.

n

Takes initiative, follows a brief and is happy to help with practical tasks.

n

Is keen to learn and develop their marketing skills.

n

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus, but isn't essential. Examples of your work from study, personal projects or previous employment are welcome.

You'll work alongside our Marketing Executive, who leads marketing strategy, planning and creative direction, giving you clear guidance while you build experience across a broad range of marketing activities.
