The Role

n

n
- Project Manager joining a well established team delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects.
n
- You will forecast and manage project budgets
n
- Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
n
- Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
n
- Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
n




- Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts
n

Experience/Qualifications Required

n

n
- A stable and demonstrated history of successfully delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the
n
- Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.
n
- Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).
n
- A natural leadership ability to drive projects forward while establishing, maintaining, and leveraging solid relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
n
- A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
