Job Description

RATP Dev in Melbourne is seeking a Systems Safety and Assurance Lead to drive engineering safety and RAM across rail projects. You will ensure designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and support secure, reliable operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading safety activities, reviewing design packages for safety compliance, delivering safety cases and assurance artefacts, conducting risk workshops, and engaging regulators during audits.
