About The Role

Attention customer service superstars, Radiology Receptionist job opportunity at Adelaide's newest CBD Hospital. Eastwood Private Hospital located Greenhill Road. This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position and will also require rotation between our Hutt Street clinic. We are seeking a people person, with bright personality and great multitasking skills to join the team at Fowler Simmons Radiology. The site is brand recent with contemporary workflows and stunning design.

Responsibilities Include

n

n
- Managing and staying on top of phone enquiries
n
- Front reception, greeting and billing patients
n
- Managing online bookings
n
- Supporting the Hospital in their imaging needs and fostering positive relationships
n
- Being the friendly and empathetic face of the site
n
- Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers
n
- Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims
n
