OnTalent is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join its finance team in a newly created role, reporting to the CFO. You will combine solid financial analysis with commercial insight to identify growth opportunities, improve profitability and support better decision-making.

You'll build commercial models across price, volume, mix, margin and scenario analysis, partner with commercial and sales teams, analyse profitability, drive forecasting and budgeting, and create dashboards using Excel
