Heavy Duty Mechanic - Mackay Workshop

n

BTPhas long term opportunities forHD Mechanic /Heavy Diesel Mechanic'sto join our team in Mackay. Day and Afternoon Shifts available.

n

Machine Rebuilds and repairs, Scheduled Maintenance, Diagnostics, Commissioning, Tuning / Adjusting and Component Change outs to a large variety of surface mining equipment. High quality of work and attention to detail with a large focus on personal and team safety. Working within a great team environment the successful applicant will be helping drive a positive culture while assisting apprentices build their confidence and skillset.

Key Requirements

n

n
- Australian Recognised Heavy Duty Trade Qualifications
n
- Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi mining equipment.
n
- Sound knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, and drivetrain systems.
n
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
n
- Dogging Ticket (desirable)
n
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including,



but not limited to a Full Pre-Employment medical and National Police Clearance)
n
