COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER | 6-MONTH CONTRACT

Looking for your next contract chance? I'm currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a 6-month temporary contract with a well-established institutional organisation in Perth.

This is a great opportunity for a CPM who enjoys a hands‐on role across property management and leasing, and is looking for a defined contract with some flexibility around working days.

n

Start ASAP / September 2026 – 26 February 2027

n

4 or 5 days per week | 30–37.5 hours

n

Office-based initially, with WFH potentially available after 6 weeks

n

You'll be joining an established Property Management & Leasing Team, providing additional support across their commercial property portfolio.

- Strong written communication and report-writing skills

- Experience preparing professional briefing notes

- Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
