About the Registered Nurse Role

As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you will:

- Administer medications and manage treatment plans

- Monitor and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeing

- Collaborate with care teams to ensure best practice outcomes

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with protocols

- Support resident independence, recovery, and daily care

Requirements for Registered Nurse Applicants

- Current AHPRA registration (RN – Division 1)
n
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (aged care experience preferred)
n
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient care skills
n
- Current working rights in Australia (non-sponsorship role)
