- Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees and ensuring accuracy.
- Uses own Judgement to integrate current trends in event/weeding management and event/wedding design.
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees.
- Uses personal judgment and expertise to enhance the customer experience
- Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events

- You've done the events thing before and loved it.
- You're obsessed with curating events.
- You've got the right to work in Australia.
- You're career-hungry, proactive, and full of ideas.
