Lead and coordinate the physical performance programme across the Dragons' NRLW and Female Pathways environments, providing strategic leadership across S&C;, sport science and rehabilitation. The role oversees physical development, testing, athlete monitoring, load management, return-to-performance and progression between pathway and senior programmes.
This role aligns with IQF Level 7 because it provides strategic direction and leadership across physical performance, strength and conditioning, sport science and rehabilitation for both the NRLW and Female Pathways programmes. The role leads the annual performance plan, provides leadership to the Performance team, establishes alignment across multiple programmes and oversees player monitoring, load management, physical development and return-to-performance processes.

Salary and Role Alignment
Grey. Salary is not disclosed. The remit combines senior-team performance leadership, pathway strategy, interdisciplinary management and responsibility for the work of other performance practitioners. IUSCA recommended minimum salary: AUD $130,000 per year.
