Metrea in Australia is seeking a Head of Training and Checking (HOTC) to lead the development, recruitment, qualification, standardisation and continuous improvement of the flight crew training system in accordance with CASR and CASA Part 138.

Reporting to the Head of Special Missions – Australia and collaborating with Flying Operations, Safety, and regulatory stakeholders, you will ensure training programs, proficiency checks and compliance across fleets and mission profiles.
