Job Description
Are you a Physiotherapist looking for greater autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the community?

We are partnering with a growing national allied health provider seeking a Physiotherapist to join their established Brisbane team, servicing clients across the southern suburbs.
n
This is an excellent chance for a Physio who enjoys working independently, building meaningful client relationships and having the flexibility to manage their own day without being tied to a clinic.
n
The Role Working predominantly with older Australians in their own homes, you'll provide evidence-based physiotherapy focused on helping clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.
n
Your caseload may include:
n
n
- Mobility, strength and balance
n
- Falls prevention
n
- Rehabilitation and reconditioning
n
- Exercise prescription
n
- Functional assessments
n
- Maintaining independence at home
n
- Client and family education
n
- Ongoing physiotherapy intervention and review
n
n
You'll also collaborate with families, care providers and other allied health professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated, person-centred care.

About You To be successful, you will have:
n
n
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Regular access to a vehicle
n
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously in a community setting
n
- A genuine interest in supporting older Australians
n
- Availability to service Brisbane's southern suburbs
n
n
Previous community or aged care experience would be highly regarded, however Physiotherapists from other clinical backgrounds looking to transition into community care are encouraged to apply.
