- Coordinate the end-to-end administrative process for overseas LCL and FCL shipments, from supplier dispatch through arrival
- Collate, check, and maintain shipping, commercial, and customs documentation
- Prioritise and manage multiple concurrent shipments, customer requirements, and operational activities
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to obtain documentation, confirmations, and updates
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between supplier documentation, purchase orders, and shipment details
- Work closely with 3PLs to ensure timely and accurate shipment receipts and exceptional customer experience
- Keep customers informed about stock movements through clear communication channels
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP in accordance with company policies
- Identify process improvement opportunities to maximise performance and reduce costs
- Communicate shipment details with local and international teams
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers
- Support effective execution of physical bulk and containerised operations
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Manager

Requirements

- Formal Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional logistics or supply chain experience
- Polymers distribution experience would be an advantage
- Robust understanding of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Experience working within a high-volume transactional environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills and experience working closely with third-party providers
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including inventory management, purchasing and procurement,



and customer service processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, positive, and results-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones
- Occasional collaboration outside standard business hours may be required
