OVERVIEW

n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Center to lead and deliver large-scale mission-critical projects from design through construction and commissioning phases. The role requires strong technical background, stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in managing complex Data Center projects in fast-paced environment

Project Management

n

n
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center projects (Hyperscale / Colocation / Enterprise DC)
n
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
n
- Ensure project delivery aligned with scope, quality, timeline, and cost objectives
n
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
n

n

Stakeholder Coordination

n

n
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
n
- Manage communication across multiple stakeholders including Design, MEP, CSA, and vendors
n
- Facilitate project meetings, reporting, and decision-making processes
n

n

Technical Oversight

n

n
- Review and coordinate multidisciplinary design (CSA, MEP, ICT systems)
n
- Ensure compliance with international Data Center standards (Uptime Institute, Tier standards, TIA-942, etc.)
n
- Oversee site execution,



testing & commissioning (T&C;), and handover processes
n

n

Contract & Commercial Management

n

n
- Manage contracts (EPC/EPCM/PMC models) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
n
- Track project costs and manage variations/claims
n
- Work closely with commercial teams on procurement and vendor management
n
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company quality standards
n
- Implement risk management strategies throughout project lifecycle
n
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects
n

QUALIFICATION

n

Education

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or equivalent)
n
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
n

n

Experience

n

n
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction/project management
n
- Proven track record in Data Center / mission-critical / industrial projects
n
- Experience managing large-scale projects (typically >10M USD)
n
- Familiarity with international working workplace and standards
n
- Proven experience working across multiple countries in Asia
n
- Background in Engineering Consultancy firms is strongly preferred
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
n
- Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure (power, cooling, redundancy systems)
n
- Understanding of Tier classification and mission-critical design principles
n
- Experience in EPC/EPCM or consultancy environment preferred
