About Environmental & Regulatory Services
Our Environmental & RegulatoryServices team is the front line of Council’s regulatory activitiesand works hard at keeping our community safe. We’re adynamic, multidisciplinary team made up of compliance officers,technical specialists, and administrative officers. Together,we oversee a wide range of essential services, including the AnimalManagement Centre, Local Laws compliance, Environmental Health,Regulated Parking compliance, and Building and Developmentcompliance. We are a people-focused and purpose-driven team thatpride ourselves on the quality of work we do. About the position
As Coordinator Community Health,you will be responsible for influencing community compliancethrough contributing to the coordination of a range ofinvestigating, monitoring and enforcement functions across Council.There will be a primary focus on environmental health, inparticular food safety, environmental protection, disastermanagement, personal appearance, public health, waste management,planning and local law compliance.
In this position, you will workunder limited direction.
