policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the stores function within a correctional environment.**The primary accountabilities of the Senior Stores Supervisor include:** • Manage the performance appraisal and development of staff in conjunction with other centre managers and develop and foster a working environment which is motivated, productive, and committed to service delivery as well as compliant with quality human resource management. • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Bulk Store including warehousing, procurement, stock control and financial processes. • Maintain high level knowledge of the centre and corporate software systems. • Develop and maintain governance and risk management systems to mitigate operational risks in bulk store service delivery. • Communication with the centre's multi-disciplinary team. • Ensure Workplace Health & Safety compliance for bulk store functions. • Day to day management of contracted services.**Applications will remain current for 12 months.****Joib Ad Reference: QLD/700663/26****Closing Date: Thursday, 24 September 2026**
