You will lead eight social workers delivering specialist services across surgical wards, ICU, Burns Unit and complex clinical areas, combining clinical practice with strategic leadership.

You will provide high-level management to the emergency and trauma centre social work team, oversee projects, and ensure patient-focused service delivery aligned with Metro
