Leonard Homes is expanding its franchise network across Australia, and we're looking for a driven, sales-focused Franchise Recruitment Manager to lead that growth. This is a full pipeline role—from following up franchise leads, through discovery sessions, closing the sale, and onboarding recent franchisees into the network.

You will represent Leonard Homes at trade shows, expos and networking events to build the pipeline, expand into new territories, and develop marketing initiatives such as video
