Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join the Service team at the Dandenong branch. You will coordinate day-to-day Field Service and Workshop activities, plan work fronts, and ensure delivery of Total Customer Satisfaction.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will schedule workshop and field service work, manage invoicing and WIP, maintain robust customer communication, and optimise resource use to meet budgets.
