Job Description

The Department of Customer Service, via Revenue NSW, is seeking an Operations Support Officer to support debt recovery activities across tax bases. The role involves analysing legislation, negotiating settlements, and providing frontline service to customers and their representatives.

Based in NSW with hybrid working arrangements, the position requires solid problem-solving and attention to detail, and includes travel to Parramatta for meetings and training. Applications close 14 September 2026.
