- Manage grid connection processes for renewable energy projects - both sub and above 5MW scales.

- Develop and review technical documentation for compliance with grid codes and standards.

- Collaborate with network service providers and regulatory bodies to secure grid approvals.

- Perform grid modelling and simulations to assess project feasibility.
n
- Provide technical support during project design, construction and commissioning phases.
n
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to grid connections.
n
- Ensure all grid connection activities meet project timelines and budgets.
n
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards and emerging technologies.
n

A successful Senior Grid Connection Engineer should have:

n

- A degree in Electrical Engineering - power systems or a related field.
n
- Strong knowledge of grid connection processes and energy regulations for both sub 5 and above 5MW scales.
n
- Experience with grid modelling software and tools such as SINCAL or similar.
n
- Proven ability to work with network service providers and regulatory bodies.
n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
