We are working with a leader in the global entertainment space who focuses on cutting-edge technology. Rapidly growing across multiple markets they are now seeking a proactive litigation lawyer with 5 + years of post qualification experience, ready to take ownership of a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, the successful candidate will manage complex consumer arbitrations and broader disputes both within Australia and globally. Position Description

You will provide legal support across a domestic and international disputes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee and instruct counsel on domestic and international matters including consumer arbitrations
- Develop and manage overall litigation strategy with the support to pursue unique resolution options
- Handle day-to-day administration of a large caseload,



including evidence preparation and management
- Instruct and collaborate with external counsel on defense preparations
- Assist with emerging class actions
- Assist with broad BAU legal work
- Manage administrative tasks with robust organisational skills, ensuring smooth handling of disputes
- Ensure internal stakeholders are across strategy and developments

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking candidates who brings:

- 5 + years of experience as a Lawyer within a litigation focused team. We would also welcome applications with strong insurance (defendant) litigation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive work ethic and agile working style
