Job Description

Rheem Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Rydalmere After-Sales Service Call Centre. You will be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding service to customers over the phone and via email.

In this hybrid role, you will determine customer needs, lodge service requests, quote installations, coordinate dates with customers and liaise with internal teams to ensure processes are followed.
