Estia Health is seeking a People Services qualified to support the People and Culture, Payroll, and Operations teams during a fixed-term parental leave. Based in Victoria, the role runs from November 2026 to August 2027 with a possibility of extension.

You will prepare letters of offer and contracts, maintain personnel records, handle employee enquiries, and collaborate with Managers and the Talent Acquisition Centre to improve recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
