Working across multiple locations, you will play an important role in supporting patients, visitors, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth delivery of health services.You will deliver frontline customer service, maintain accurate records and databases, utilise a range of health information systems, and contribute to efficient administrative processes. This role requires flexibility, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a rotational workforce environment.**About you**Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:* Provide high-level administrative and frontline support to patients,
