Mitrade, a global CFD and forex broker, seeks a UK-based customer support specialist to join our 24/7 operation. You will respond across web chat, phone, email and social media, delivering best-in-class service and building trust with diverse clients.

You should have at least two years in customer service, fluent English and Mandarin, and be ready for rotating shifts including weekends. A proactive, cooperative approach will help us grow our global client base.
