Anglicare Tasmania's Supported Youth Program seeks a permanent, full time Practitioner to deliver outbound, youth-focused support in the North West, working with young people aged 10–18, families, schools, and community partners.

You will apply trauma-informed practice, document carefully, and participate in safeguarding training, with an annual salary range of $95,934 to $100,538 plus super and salary sacrifice. This role requires relevant qualification or extensive experience.
