About The Role

An opportunity for long-term career in secure business, reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Orange Depot.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Supporting the team with day-to-day depot operations
- Managing inventory control and stock movements
- Daily Banking
- Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations
- General administration and office support duties
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and process accuracy
- Answering phones and emails

Skills & Experience

- Previous administration experience preferred but not essential




- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and safety
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
