We're opening a brand new Varsity in Midland and we need a kitchen crew to help us bring the goods.

n

We're hiring across all Back of House roles below Sous Chef level, including:

n

n
- Chef de Parties
n
- Cooks & Line Cooks
n
- Kitchen Hands
n
- Prep Cooks
n
- Dishwashers
n
- All round kitchen legends
n

n

Whether you're an experienced cook, a weapon on the grill or just looking to get your foot in the kitchen door, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

n

Depending on your role, you could be:

n

n
- Cooking up Varsity burgers, wings and all the good stuff
n
- Working across grill, fryer, prep and other kitchen stations
n
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for battle
n
- Helping the crew smash out busy services
n
- Following food safety and kitchen standards
n




- Washing enough dishes to question where they all came from
n

What we're looking for

Experience is great, but for plenty of our roles, attitude matters more.

We're looking for people who:

- Bring good energy and a solid work ethic

- Actually show up when they're rostered
n
- Can handle the heat when service gets busy

- Work well as part of a crew

- Care about putting out great food
n
- Are available across nights, weekends and public holidays
