We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology projects involving COTS solutions, technology procurement, business process optimisation and solution implementation.

This is a hands-on BA role working across diverse business areas and partnering with Project Managers, stakeholders, technology teams and vendors. You will play a key role from early discovery and business case development through to solution selection, implementation and UAT.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder consultations
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Support business cases, procurement and go-to-market options
- Assess and select fit-for-purpose COTS technology solutions
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes
- Develop process maps, specifications, roadmaps, data models and other BA artefacts
- Work with infrastructure, software, architecture and operational teams on solution integration




- Support adoption and continuous improvement of business process mapping using Nintex Promapp

About You

You will be a senior, traditional Business Analyst who can confidently bridge business and technical teams and operate across multiple projects and delivery stages.

You will ideally bring:

- 10+ years' Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience delivering IT projects involving COTS software
- Experience with technology procurement, solution selection and implementation
- Robust requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience developing business cases, roadmaps and process documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capability
- Experience with BPMN or similar process-mapping methodologies
- Experience with UML or similar modelling approaches
- Understanding of infrastructure and software environments
