As a non-profit organisation, we produce high-quality Islamic content with the mission to engage, inspire and educate Muslims globally using the latest technology.With over 5 million followers and 2 billion+ views, OnePath Network has become one of the largest and most trusted Islamic media organisations in the world.We are seeking a passionate and strategic **Partnerships & Fundraising Manager** to help sustain and expand our mission through impactful donor engagement, community campaigns, and strategic partnerships.### The RoleAs the **Partnerships & Fundraising Manager**, you will play a vital role in securing the resources and relationships that power OnePath Network's global da'wah efforts.You'll blend purpose with performance — nurturing donors, developing partnerships, and driving initiatives that expand OnePath's reach and sustainability.Your approach will be both **relational and strategic**: building trust with individuals who believe in our cause, and forming collaborations with businesses, community leaders, and institutions that align with our vision.### Key Responsibilities* Lead the **development, implementation, and delivery** of OnePath Network's fundraising and partnership strategies.* **Cultivate, solicit, and steward** relationships with individual donors, sponsors, community leaders, and corporate partners.* **Identify and pursue** new partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with OnePath's mission and values.* **Manage and grow** the recurring donor base through engagement campaigns, personalised outreach,



and storytelling.* **Plan and execute** fundraising campaigns and donor events — from concept to post-event reporting.* Prepare compelling **proposals, partnership decks, and impact reports** for donors and sponsors.* Collaborate with the media and creative teams to integrate fundraising and partnership messages across campaigns and digital content.* Ensure compliance with all **fundraising regulations, ethical standards, and donor stewardship principles.*** Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team.* Represent OnePath Network professionally and passionately in community and industry settings.### About You* Minimum **3 years' experience** in **fundraising, business development, partnerships, or donor relations**, ideally within a non-profit, faith-based, or media environment.* Demonstrated success in **meeting financial targets** and **developing long-term stakeholder relationships**.* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — with the ability to inspire trust and support.* Strong relationship management skills with a balance of empathy and professionalism.* Proven ability to **plan, prioritise, and execute** multiple projects simultaneously.* Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.* Deep understanding of, and commitment to, **OnePath Network's mission and Islamic values.*** Current NSW driver's licence.* Australian permanent resident or citizen status required.### Why Join Us* Be part of a **mission-driven organisation** making a global impact for Islam.* Collaborate with a **highly creative team** producing world-class media content.* Work in a culture that values **purpose, innovation, and sincerity.*** Competitive remuneration with **performance-based incentives.**
